Take your attention back.
Offliner locks the apps that eat your day and counts every second you win back. One streak. No way to cheat it.

Built on
Three steps. That is the whole app.
No settings maze, no willpower required. You set it up once and then you mostly forget it is there.
Pick the apps that steal your day
Tap the ones you already know about. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, whatever yours are. Give each a daily limit, or block it outright.
Opening one shows the cost, not the feed
When you reach for a blocked app, Offliner shows you what it is about to cost you. Then it asks you to wait fifteen seconds before you can go in.
Every clean day builds the streak
Stay under your limits and the day counts. Break one and the day goes blank. After a week or two, the streak is the thing you are protecting, not the phone.
Most screen time apps round to the nearest five or fifteen minutes, then guess at the gaps. Offliner reads directly from Apple's Screen Time system and reports your usage to the second. If the number is going to change how you feel about your day, the number has to be right.
Everything is one number away.
Each screen has a single thing it wants you to look at. Nothing is buried, nothing is decorative.
The streak
Distraction free days, counted from the day you start. It opens at one, not at zero. Days inside a detox always count, because the apps cannot open at all.
Focus Score
One hundred means zero minutes on distracting apps. The first ten minutes cost a point each, so slipping shows up straight away. After that it falls slowly, so a bad morning does not write off the day.
Reclaimed
Hours you got back, measured against the honest baseline you set on day one. It only ever goes up, because a total that can fall is discouraging rather than motivating.
Rules
Work hours, bedtime, mornings, weekends. Pick a quick rule in one tap or build your own with days, a time window and a set of apps.
Focus sessions
Set a length, name the session, start it. A timer or a pomodoro. The apps go quiet until it ends, and it shows on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island while it runs.
Insights
Day, week and month. Which apps took the time, when your usage peaks, and a plain recommendation you can apply as a rule with one tap.
The screen that changes your mind.
Every other blocker shows you a padlock and an Ignore button. Offliner shows you the truth instead.
You have tried to open this app seven times today. You have already spent forty one minutes in it. Your streak is fourteen days long. Those are your numbers, not a lecture.
There is no instant unlock anywhere in the app. If you still want in, you wait fifteen live seconds and you get five minutes. Most people close it before the timer runs out.

People who had already given up.
Love it. I am constantly motivated to keep my streak by reading and exercising, and I have stopped relying on social media.
This app helped me reset and regulate my dopamine levels. After multiple tries with other subscriptions, this was the one that gave me the best results.
Add a third review here once you have one you like. Keep it short, specific and in the person's own words.
The next two weeks happen either way.
You can spend them the way you spent the last two, or you can spend them building the thing you keep telling yourself you will get to.
